Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and that the return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our dedicated support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
